The Grindhouse Film Festival is presented by Eric Caidin and Brian J. Quinn at the New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles and features the screening of rare 35mm prints of cult and exploitation films from the 1960s through the 1980s, many of which have not been publicly shown since the drive-ins and inner city grindhouse theaters faded away twenty years ago. For one low price attendees get two rare films, a reel of rare exploitation trailers, a free raffle, and very often appearances by the directors, cast and crew of the films being shown.
In addition to our events in Los Angeles, we also do special screenings in other cities from time to time (Las Vegas & San Francisco so far). If you want to see the Grindhouse Fest come to your town and you know a theater that would be interested in running these bizarre films, get in touch with us.
The Deuce may be dead, but we're doing our best to keep the spirit of 42nd Street alive in the 21st Century!

Join me, and all our weird friends, as we navigate the haunted landscape of this year’s frightful festivities. It’s time to embrace the darkness, but remember to keep an eye on your shadow—it might be attending its own panel discussion.

More Than 15 Years of Freaks, Frights, and Fantastic Filmmakers!
The 15th Edition of A Night of Horror International Film Festival takes place at Dendy Cinemas Newtown, Sydney, Australia, from September 28th until October 1st, 2023. Showcasing the latest and greatest genre films from Australia and the world: the event will deliver an amazing line-up that will transport audiences to strange and wonderful worlds and blood-curdling nightmares.
A Night of Horror International Film Festival has remained dedicated to independent genre film and filmmakers for sixteen years.
Our selection process is committed to uncovering new filmmakers by ensuring that no less than 90% of short films and 50% of feature films are selected from our open submission process, rather than from sales agents and distributors. In the past, staying true to this aim has seen the festival screen early works from filmmakers such as Mike Flanagan (Hush, The Haunting of Hill House), Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead, The Mist), and Adrián Garcia Bogliano (Late Phases, Black Circle), to name a few of the festival alumni.
