The Grindhouse Film Festival is presented by Eric Caidin and Brian J. Quinn at the New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles and features the screening of rare 35mm prints of cult and exploitation films from the 1960s through the 1980s, many of which have not been publicly shown since the drive-ins and inner city grindhouse theaters faded away twenty years ago. For one low price attendees get two rare films, a reel of rare exploitation trailers, a free raffle, and very often appearances by the directors, cast and crew of the films being shown.
In addition to our events in Los Angeles, we also do special screenings in other cities from time to time (Las Vegas & San Francisco so far). If you want to see the Grindhouse Fest come to your town and you know a theater that would be interested in running these bizarre films, get in touch with us.
The Deuce may be dead, but we're doing our best to keep the spirit of 42nd Street alive in the 21st Century!
